Kevin is founder and director of Caulfield and coaches Board and Executive Team members, MDs and Partners as well as emerging talent. He combines over 15 years of international experience as a corporate and investment banker with over 10 years of coaching expertise. Kevin has coached over 200 executives to lead and perform more effectively.

As a banker at JPMorgan Chase, Kevin held a variety of international roles in the global corporate banking division ranging from analyst and client relationship executive to aircraft finance expert and M&A advisor.  Latterly he joined CIBC World Markets in London and led a team of bankers advising and arranging finance for corporations in the paper and forest products sector. Kevin has lived and worked in New York, Mexico City, Paris and London and is a French and Spanish speaker. He has coached executives across Europe and in the USA and has been based in London since 1993.

Kevin is passionate about leadership development and the impact that coaching has on individual, team and organisational performance. He builds strong rapport with his clients and is outcome focused. His style is personable, positive, supportive and challenging.
