How we work with you		Our role as Coach
	We coach you on a one-to one face-to-face basis, typically over a period of 3 to 6 months which is often the time needed to embed behavioural change.		Our role as coach is to partner with you, serving as a guide, thought partner, confidante, sounding board and mentor where appropriate.

	To ensure the highest level of success from the coaching intervention, we look for your commitment and readiness to make the most of this development opportunity.
