Louise has been coaching clients for over 15 years. Her clients are typically at MD, Partner and Director levels.   Louise’s background was in the Professional Services sector.

Louise worked as a management consultant at Coopers & Lybrand carrying out work for their Commerce and Industry and Financial services clients. Her work included large scale change management assignments, the design and implementation of performance management processes and leadership development work.  

Louise was based in London and carried out work in Europe and Africa. She left Coopers & Lybrand to set up her own business focusing upon leadership development, facilitation and coaching.

Louise has coached executives at organisations including Barclays, CGU Insurance, Citi, Clifford Chance, CSFB, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Legg Mason, Mayer Brown, M&SFS and Wellington Management International. She is on the NHS Institute’s register of executive coaches for Chairs, Chief Executives and Directors.

Louise has an MA in Professional Coaching and carried out research into the issues that senior, professional women bring to coaching and how coaches can best support them. She draws on this research in her work with executives. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, is accredited to use Hogan inventories, and is a qualified coaching supervisor.
