Mark is an executive coach who has nine years experience of coaching mid to senior level leaders in the finance, energy, health, and education sectors.

In this capacity Mark was involved in preparing feasibility assessments for new projects through to on-site operational management support. Clients included Sanyo Oil, Northumbria Water and the Welsh Development Agency. In 1993 Mark joined Wright & Partners, a start-up executive search firm. As a Partner of the firm he was responsible for developing and managing key account relationships with JP Morgan, ABN Amro and Merrill Lynch for whom he worked in London, Paris and Milan.
Mark’s fascination with individual development was triggered during the late 1990’s when he was involved in coaching a recently hired senior level leader in Paris for a US investment bank. Points of transition continue to be an area of particular focus in Mark’s coaching. His style is facilitative and supportive, geared towards stimulating thought and action that is practical and aligned to desired goals. In his approach Mark views clients as having an equal stake in diagnosing surface and underlying issues which provide the foundation for identifying appropriate and effective cognitive and behavioural interventions that can be self managed and provide scope for lasting change.
