Sarah coaches Board and Executive Team members, MDs and Partners as well as emerging talent. She combines coaching expertise with previous experience as a senior executive.

Sarah began her career as an accountant with Arthur Andersen and then spent more than ten years working in investment banking at Goldman Sachs before becoming a partner in a small corporate finance boutique.
As an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs, Sarah turned around the ailing Financial Regulation Group by creating a team of highly-motivated individuals with clarity of purpose. She took a lead in setting up a Strategic Information Group which improved the quality of decision-making for the partners and senior management team. She also designed and implemented a successful leadership development program looking to the company’s future.

Moving on to apply her corporate finance insights in supporting other businesses, Sarah coached many entrepreneurs, performed strategic reviews of their organisations and played a key role in creating and putting into effect their successful business strategies.

Sarah specialises in supporting senior executives in transition and is known for her warmth, clarity and challenge and prides herself in working with people in such a way that they become highly motivated and inspirational leaders.

Sarah is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching and an NLP Master Practitioner. She is also a coach supervisor.
