We coach you on a one-to one face-to-face basis, typically over a period of 3 to 6 months which is often the time needed to embed behavioural change.
We meet with you for one and a half to two and a half hours every 3 to 4 weeks and are contactable by phone and email between meetings in case you want to run something by us. We meet in conference rooms either at your offices or at a conveniently located offsite location.
Establishing strong rapport and trust in a confidential and safe space form the bedrock for a successful coaching intervention. We encourage you to meet two or three of our coaches for an introductory discussion to ensure the right coach-client fit. Once you select a coach, the focus of the first coaching meeting is on identifying the key areas you want to develop, the outcomes and goals you wish to achieve and how success will be measured. Wherever possible, we like to involve your line manager in this discussion. We then set out the coaching objectives, outcomes and measures in a written Coaching Agreement.
Our professionally trained coaches employ a variety of coaching methodologies, tools and approaches that are tailored to your individual needs. Our personal approach is one of our greatest strengths. We often seek 360 degree feedback to gain perspective on your strengths and development needs and sometimes use one or more psychometric tools to enhance your self-awareness and development.
We review progress mid-way through the programme and again at the end and involve your line manager where possible. At the last coaching meeting, we agree a plan with you for sustaining and taking forward your professional development.
