Kevin brings a formidable blend of international business experience, cultural sensitivity, and coaching excellence to his engagements. He has lived and worked across Europe, Latin America, and the United States, and is known for inspiring top executives to lead and perform to their full potential, often exceeding their own expectations of what is possible.

Kevin has over 15 years of experience working with clients such as Apple, BlackRock, Boston Consulting Group, Cargill, Morgan Stanley and Societe Generale. As the founder of Caulfield Coaching Limited, Kevin is passionate about leadership development and the role the executive coach plays in supporting executives to lead and perform at their very best.

Kevin establishes a strong rapport and trust with his clients that form the foundation for honest, open, thought-provoking, and outcome-focused coaching sessions. He blends analytical skills, a well-trained intuitive mind, and a structured coaching approach, all of which motivate and inspire leaders to find clarity and develop the skills, strategies, and emotional intelligence they need to excel in a dynamic and changing business environment.

Prior to moving into coaching, Kevin held a variety of international leadership positions at Chase Manhattan Bank and CIBC World Markets. He is known for his natural listening and rapport-building skills, business acumen, and focus on results. His affiliative coaching style helps him to build high-performance teams, and to get things done across cultures.

Kevin lives in London.  He is dedicated to developing leadership effectiveness in all walks of life and offers coaching to emerging leaders in nonprofit organisations such as Save the Children and the Social Business Trust.
