Louise is a highly experienced coach with over 30 years of business experience and a deep understanding of executive coaching, leadership and team development gained from working with over 50 organisations globally. Louise is based in London and works with executives in Europe, the US, Asia and Africa.
Louise has over 20 years of coaching experience working with board, MD/partner level and with managers with high potential across the sectors. Louise provides individual, group and team coaching. She also provides coaching supervision for internal and external coaches. Her clients include Citi, Clifford Chance, Ernst & Young, GlaxoSmithKline, Grosvenor, London Stock Exchange Group, McKinsey and Nationwide. Louise is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is accredited as an executive coach and coaching supervisor with the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS).

Louise started her working career at Unilever Plc. where she carried out a number of management roles. She then moved to Coopers & Lybrand as a management consultant and worked in the Commerce & Industry, Government Services and Financial Services sectors advising on leadership, organisational development and change management. Louise has been a trustee of a national charity and is currently on the advisory board of a social enterprise, Rising Minds.
