Adrian works with leaders and their teams, primarily in commercial organisations with a focus on the ‘City’. He works at Board level and with Directors, Partners and rising talent. As individuals or teams, these clients want new, better, different results, typically dealing with opportunities and challenges of leadership, effectiveness, confidence, clarity of direction and communication skills.

Adrian’s earlier career as a senior equity analyst with firms including Goldman Sachs and SBC Warburg (UBS), involved marketing to and working closely with leading international investors, senior industry executives and corporate financiers, as well as strategic and financial analysis and forecasting.

Then as Director of Strategy at Thus plc, a national telecoms and Internet services provider, Adrian reported directly to the CEO and had responsibility for strategic direction, M&A, business forecasting and Investor Relations. A member of the Executive Committee, he worked closely with senior management across the business to build vision and consensus and managed a significant sized team.

Adrian’s style is confidential, impartial and exploratory, offering both a challenging sounding board and a supportive space for clients to reflect and to develop actions for effective change. He is passionate about both the individual’s unique contribution and the impact of this on the organisational systems in which they work.

Adrian has coached executives at Legal & General Investment Management, Munich Re, Linklaters, Reed Smith, Pfizer, TUI and a range of other commercial and financial companies.

Adrian is a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ACC), a Member of the Association for Coaching and an NLP Business Practitioner. He also has experience in a number of related business coaching approaches including Systems, Solutions Focus and Clean Language.
